As a child, I ignored the instructions for Lego.Β
Not out of defiance, but because I didn't see a pile of chaotic bricks. I saw a system waiting to emerge. This ability to see around corners and connect unrelated pieces into a functional whole became the foundation of my business mindset.Β
Where others see "just a pizzeria," I see an ecosystem. The ownerβs story. The brand. Importing premium Sicilian ingredients. Private label products. An e-shop. AI automation. Viral content created directly in the kitchen that naturally spreads the brand .
This is exactly how I work today. For example, developing the Castellino brand.
I donβt look for instructions. I look for ways to assemble individual pieces into a brand that makes sense, grows, and generates profit.Β
I hold an MBA, but I consciously rejected the comfortable corporate path. I enjoy building new things, not maintaining the status quo.
I choose the harder path because that is where true understanding is found. The comfort zone is a pleasant place, but nothing grows there. I view business as a long-term experiment, a grand experience where obstacles are simply feedback.
I don't write boring 50-page business plans that end up in a drawer. I implement the Business Model Canvas (Strategyzer) and translate it into a clear OGSM.
I draw inspiration from military strategy (Erwin Rommel), which applies to business just as it does to the battlefield:
Focus: Energy is directed only where it has the greatest impact (the Blitzkrieg principle).
Speed of Adaptation: The ability to react before the market does.
The Canvas is uncompromising in this regard. We can see the entire company on a single table and immediately test the 5 key points that determine survival:
π 1. Value Creation
The company must create and deliver something unique. Otherwise, it is just a hobby.
π’ 2. Attention (Marketing)
It must be something people want or need. Without attention, it is a failure.
π€ 3. Transaction (Sales)
Customers must be willing to pay for that value. Without sales, it is a charity.
π¦ 4. Delivery
You must deliver what you promise, at the promised quality. Otherwise, it is a fraud.
π 5. Sustainability (Finance)
The business must generate enough profit to fuel further growth. Otherwise, the end is just a matter of time.
My job is to configure these elements so that the company doesn't just survive, but operates as a profitable systemΒ
For business owners who:
β Have a good product but strategic chaos.
β Feel their business has greater potential than it is currently living up to.
β Don't want to be right. They want results.
The result of my work is a company that is clear on who it exists for, where it creates value, and why it makes money every month.Β
My time and attention are scarce resources.
1. Projects that contradict my values
I build on integrity, humility, and discipline. I do not work with businesses that profit from human misery or support addictions (gambling, alcohol).
2. People unwilling to change
If someone refuses feedback, testing, and iteration, I cannot help them. I am not looking for clients who want to defend their ego. I am looking for those who want to build a functional business.
